My Story

I arrived on these gentle shores 25 years ago from a land of dread, decline and despair and England welcomed me with warm, kind arms - how grateful I was! Since then I have been captivated by the quiet, calm beauty of England's west country! From the picturesque rolling hills of the Wiltshire countryside to the medieval villages and ancient towns of the Cotswolds, the essence of Wiltshire stole my heart at once - and of course, magical Bath, with its ancient history and whimsical charm. As I travelled south I found dramatic coastlines and pretty seaside towns, manifesting all things 'English'. What a joy to live in this country - everywhere my eye falls, there is a story, an image, a moment to capture! I have brought a touch of nostalgia to these cards. The quaint and quintessential flavours, sights, sounds, smells of this beautiful country which I have embraced as my adopted home, and - of course - the four distinct seasons determined to have their way and express their unique beauty each year - has been both a challenge and a joy to my heart!
